WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PLAN PACKAGE?

The Plan Package included everything you need to build your chosen ADU. Foundation plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, window and door schedules, and lighting plans.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BUILD PACKAGE?

The Build Package includes everything from the Plan Package plus a site assessment by a licensed architect to help you understand where and what you can build. We'll look at septic and well capacity, zoning, setbacks and topography to help you figure out what's possible.

CAN I UPGRADE TO THE BUILD PACKAGE?

Yes. If at anytime after purchasing a Plan Package you'd like to upgrade, just reach out.

WHAT CHANGES CAN I MAKE TO THE PLANS?

Any and all adjustments are possible. Before any changes are made we'll talk to figure out the best approach and to come to a predetermined cost for the work.

CAN I USE THESE PLANS OUTSIDE OF VERMONT?

All plans are designed by an architect licensed in the state of Vermont. Use outside of Vermont is possible so long as the governing municipality allows.
